Our team knows that planning a wedding can be stressful. We believe the weeks before your wedding should not be. This is for couples that have already planned their entire wedding day, have all their vendors booked, and are ready to start relaxing and enjoying this amazing time. One month prior to your wedding day, our team will review that everything is in order and ready to go. We will reach out to all your vendors to coordinate arrival time and create a timeline for the reception. On your big day, the Events by Carla team will be there to ensure that everything goes as you dreamt it. This is the time to let go and place those final details in our very capable hands.
Meet Me in the Middle
Partial Service
This package is for couples who have already booked their venue and at least three of their vendors. Our team will help with the remaining vendor selection and coordination of the special day. We will partner with you and be your support throughout the rest of the process, ensuring everything goes as you imagined it. We truly believe that a wedding is to be enjoyed, let us help you do just that. The Events by Carla team will meet you in the middle and leave you worry free.

Full Service
This package covers every aspect that goes into planning and designing your special day. Our process will begin by discussing your dream vision and budget for your wedding. From then on, we will be in constant communication, ensuring that every decision made is in line with your vision and what you want. A member of the Events by Carla team will be available to answer and listen to any of your concerns throughout the entire time we are working together. Our goal is to make this as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We will guide you through every moment of this journey leading up to your Wedding Day. On that day, you can rest assured that we will be there making certain that your special day is everything you ever dreamt it would be.
